Terms and Conditions of Use
At Veno Navigation, we are committed to ensuring your privacy and providing transparency in our practices. This Privacy Policy is designed to inform you about how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our services. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in this policy.
1. Reservation Credit Card Charges
Charges for our services are processed and placed on your credit card once your trip is completed. Prior to your ride, you may receive a pre-authorization, which is a preliminary charge that will be removed by your credit card company once your trip is completed. In the event of a ride cancellation, the pre-authorization will be promptly removed by your credit card company.
2. Cancellation Policy
For the cancellation of a reservation for a Luxury Sedan or SUV, we require notification at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled reservation time to avoid a cancellation fee. Reservations for a Stretch Limousine or Van should be canceled at least 4 hours before the scheduled reservation time. A reservation for a Coach bus should be canceled 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
3. Sales Tax
Veno Navigation is required to collect sales tax only when you are riding in the state of Utah.
4. Airport Pickup Procedure
Our chauffeurs typically meet and greet passengers inside the airport terminal, holding a Veno Navigation company name sign. However, we are flexible and can arrange curbside pickups or meeting outside the airport terminal upon your request. For curbside pickup service, please contact our dispatch office at +1 (801) 7061196 or the driver directly when you are ready to be picked up.
5. Gratuity
A standard 20% gratuity is automatically charged to your account or credit card on all trips. Additional cash gratuity to the chauffeur is not required.
6. Tolls and Parking
Toll and parking charges incurred by the chauffeur during your trip will be billed to you. Toll charges may vary depending on the time of day or route chosen. Round trip tolls will be billed if the chauffeur incurs a toll on the return trip to the origin city.
7. Waiting Time Policy
For non-airport pickups, Veno Navigation offers a 14-minute grace period. Any waiting time beyond 14 minutes will be billed in full. On airport reservations, we provide 30 minutes of free waiting time. Waiting time fees will apply for any delays exceeding this grace period.
8. Airport Flight Tracking
Our advanced software automatically updates flight arrival times every 5 minutes and conveys this information to the chauffeur. The chauffeur will enter the airport terminal once the flight arrives, unless you request otherwise.
9. Stop Charges
Stops requested by passengers during a trip will be added to the invoice. The cost of a stop varies depending on its distance from the final destination. Certain quick stops may be complimentary, such as coffee or restroom breaks.
