Are your ski shuttles shared or private?

Our ski shuttles are exclusively private. You and your party will enjoy direct, non-stop transportation to your destination without the delays of multiple stops. Plus, you have the flexibility to schedule additional stops as needed.

How far in advance should I make my reservation?

We recommend booking your shuttle early as popular dates and times fill up quickly. Ideally, reservations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. For last-minute needs, please contact us directly.

What if my flight is delayed?

We monitor your flight status and adjust accordingly. There are no extra charges for delayed flights, and we strive to have a driver available upon your arrival or within an hour.

Can I stop for groceries, liquor, or ski rentals?

Yes, we accommodate stops for groceries, liquor, ski rentals, etc. Stops need to be scheduled in advance and are billed at $1.00 per minute, with a 30-minute limit.

Will someone be waiting for me at the airport when I arrive?

Yes, our driver will be assigned specifically for your pickup. Please call us upon arrival, and our driver will meet you curbside.

What are your cancellation policies?

Cancellations require 72 hours notice. Charges apply for cancellations made after this period. However, there are no charges for flight delays, and we offer flexibility for severely delayed or canceled flights.

Do you allow eating and drinking in your vehicles?

Light snacks and drinks are permitted, but smoking is prohibited.

Traveling with children?

We provide infant and booster seats free of charge and recommend their use for children under 7 years old.

Do you offer services beyond ski shuttles?

Yes, we provide luxury transportation for various events and destinations in Utah and Arizona, including the Phoenix Open, Spring Training, and more.
